Dr Solomon Olajide Fadun founded Solomon Fadun Coaching, having grown Fadcon International Group into several business entities. He has helped several people start businesses. Dr Fadun has coached business owners to overcome obstacles, increase their revenues and profits, build winning teams, and spend more time enjoying personal pursuits and family time.

By combining my doctoral and business qualifications (PhD & MBA), five (5) years of counselling and psychotherapy training (Person Centred and Transactional Analysis) and over three decades in the business world, I can work with you to align your business, career and personal goals to help you get to where you want to be.
My Background
- 23+ years in business. I am an entrepreneur, academic, researcher, risk management expert, and business coach. I founded Fadcon International Group in 2008, which has grown into several arms of businesses.
- Fadcon International Group’s businesses include risk management consulting, international student recruitment, web hosting, web design, academic and research, social media marketing, insurance broking, and domain investment. I have done it all, made several mistakes, so you don’t have to and learned a lot. I will share my successes and strategies with you.
- I have experienced both sides of the entrepreneurial world, from being an entrepreneur in several areas to offering professional services to individuals and businesses.
- Five year’s training in counselling and psychotherapy (Person Centred and Transactional Analysis). I will help you understand your personality, why you run your business the way you do, and how you see the world. I will provide insights into how we can maximise your strengths and create a vision to give you the desired life.
- I have been busy delivering bespoke mentoring and coaching since 2018. I currently work with about 30 different clients at any one time from a wide range of small businesses and individuals.
